BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for booking with Glo by Lo! Please read this section fully and carefully to understand all policies.

• FOR FACIALS ONLY: All appointments require a 50% deposit that goes towards the total of your service. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used towards another service if you give at least 24 hour notice prior to cancelling an appointment. Only 2 reschedules are allowed before your deposit is forfeited. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. No shows (2 hour or less notice) will be charged the full amount of the intended service to be performed. The remaining balance can be paid with cash, card, Cash App, Pay Pal or Apple Pay.

• FOR WAXING ONLY: All appointments require a $30 that goes towards the total of your service. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used towards another service if you give at least 24 hour notice prior to cancelling an appointment. Only 2 reschedules are allowed before your deposit is forfeited. There is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. No shows (2 hour or less notice) will be charged the full amount of the intended service to be performed. The remaining balance can be paid with cash, card, Cash App, Pay Pal or Apple Pay.

• Virtual consults require full payment to book and are non-refundable. Virtual consults are only available Monday - Thursday.

• It is preferred you come alone for your service. If you would like to bring someone please let me know ahead of time otherwise it will not be allowed.

• Come with clean skin! If you arrive with make-up it will cut into your service time.

• I am located at the Cypress in Trinity Groves - Dallas. There is free visitor parking located on Singleton Blvd and Parvia Ave. Please arrive a bit earlier to locate parking. I may not be able to assist if I am with a client.

• You will receive an email after you book your appointment with Dos & Don'ts prior to your appointment. Please follow these instructions for the best results.
